Right of withdrawal

1. Who is concerned

This right applies to consumers residing in the European Union, i.e. natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade or profession. Business customers (B2B) are not covered, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU. In Switzerland, no statutory right of withdrawal applies to online sales; SAP Angel SA nevertheless grants the same 14 days as a commercial gesture.

2. Period

You have 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason and without penalty.

3. How to exercise it

Inform us with an unambiguous statement, by email to support@getcalls.app. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method.

4. Immediate performance of the service

If you ask to use GetCalls before the end of the period, you agree that performance begins. If you then withdraw, an amount proportionate to the service already provided may be retained. Once the service has been fully performed with your express agreement and your acknowledgement that you lose the right, withdrawal is no longer possible.
